Retail Product Training – Animated Video

Part of the City of Toronto communications plan addressing the public’s concerns regarding the
costs and disruption resulting from the Gardiner Expressway Rehabilitation Project and
providing a business case for the expressway’s continued existence. The full-length video, with
animation, aerial video and street interviews was launched internally at City Hall, and placed
on the City of Toronto website. Selective vignettes were used for other purposes including
social media. Surveys were conducted internally and with the public in addition with analytics
gathering.
